Overview
Student Enrollment
All forms must be completed and all required documents must be submitted to enroll at Takini School for the current school year. The student enrollment application includes the information needed to register each student. If a student transfers from another school, the school must receive the transfer information before enrollment can be completed. All students must be up to date on immunizations.
New students must provide the following documents:
- A copy of their Tribal Enrollment document
- A copy of their Birth Certificate
- Enrollment verification for the parent(s), if the student is not an enrolled member of a federally recognized tribe

Child Find
The purpose of Child Find is to identify, locate, and evaluate children and youth from birth to 21 who are suspected of having or have a disability or developmental delay. Takini School serves children ages 5-21 with identified special education needs.
