Get ready for Summer School Fun! Summer School is right around the corner, and we're excited for a month full of learning, fun, and great experiences for our students! Dates: June 1 -- June 25, 2026 Days: Monday through Thursday Time: 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM (students dismissed at 1:30 PM each day)

Save the date! Takini Senior Graduation and 8th Grade Promotion will take place on Sunday, May 17, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in the Takini Gym.

Mark your calendars! Takini School's Kindergarten Movin' Up Ceremony will take place on May 14, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. in the gym. Come celebrate our amazing kindergarten students as they take their next big step!

Skyhawks proudly showcased the creativity, innovation, and scientific thinking of its students during the 2026 Science Fair. Students from different grade levels presented engaging projects and experiments that highlighted curiosity, problem-solving, and a passion for learning.

Takini School proudly presents “Skyhawks in Full Color: Art Exhibit 2026,” a week-long celebration of student creativity, culture, and artistic expression from May 5–8, 2026, at the School Library. The exhibit showcases over 200 incredible and vibrant collection of artworks created by Takini students across different grade levels, highlighting their imagination, talent, and dedication throughout the school year. Open to students, staff, families, and the community, the exhibit reflects the power of art in bringing people together and giving students a voice through creativity.

The Takini School Student Council Officers (SCO) proudly reflect on a meaningful and productive school year filled with leadership, service, and student engagement. Through various activities, events, and initiatives, the SCO worked together to strengthen school spirit, encourage student involvement, and create positive experiences for the Skyhawk community during SY 2025–2026.

The Bureau of Indian Education reached a major milestone in its Strategic Transformation of Education Plan.
